2. QA Testing Services and Membership

BreakIt Club offers various QA testing services, including but not limited to functional testing, test automation with Playwright and Cypress, mobile testing, API testing, and QA staff augmentation. Membership in our community or engagement of our services may require payment of fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to test automation frameworks, testing methodologies, educational materials, and community discussions, is the property of BreakIt Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

For companies engaging our QA testing services, specific service level agreements and guarantees will be outlined in separate contracts.

In no event shall BreakIt Club be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
